Bharat Tea House is well located and easy access but the quality of tea to drink is below standard. Althought a pot of tea for 4 person cost RM10.00, the quality is the lightest teh-O without any taste of tea. I was there in December to order the tea and complain to the management. The reply was very efficent with apology, but no offer of refund or complimentary future voucher for customer feedback. They need to visit oversea outlet and see their customer service response with real commitment to inprove,...james

I love the tea plantation sceneries up there. May be I'll be coming up again end of this year :D
